Most gutter problems come from three things: wrong size, wrong pitch, or clogged debris. Spearman Roofing & Maintenance calculates gutter capacity based on your roof area, local rainfall intensity, and downspout placement. Properly sized and pitched gutters handle Spearman's worst rain without overflowing.
We install 5-inch and 6-inch seamless K-style gutters. Standard homes get 5-inch. Larger roof areas, steeper pitches, or high-volume drainage zones get 6-inch with oversized 3x4-inch downspouts. Sizing matters. Undersized gutters overflow, undersized downspouts back up.
Our Gutter Installation Process
Gutter Assessment
Our estimator measures your roofline, calculates drainage capacity requirements, and checks fascia condition. We determine the right gutter size, downspout count, and placement before quoting anything.
Seamless Gutter Forming
Coil stock fed through our forming machine produces a seamless gutter to the exact measurement of your fascia. Custom miters, end caps, and outlet drops fabricated on the spot. Your color, your length, formed right in your driveway.
Professional Installation
Hidden hangers every 24 inches, screwed into rafter tails through the fascia. Proper pitch to each downspout. Downspouts secured with brackets and directed away from your foundation with splash blocks or underground extensions.
Final Inspection
After installation, we run water through the system to verify proper flow and check for leaks at every connection point. Old gutters removed and hauled off. Job site clean.
